Kastor Kota Kendari Gelar Bakti Sosial, Lakukan Bedah Rumah Hingga Sambangi Panti Asuhan

Masih dalam rangkaian memperingati 110 Tahun Injil Masuk Toraja (IMT), Kasiturusanna Sang Torayan (Kastor) Kota Kendari melaksanakan kunjungan ke Panti Asuhan Harapan Baru (PAHB) di Kecamatan Lambuya, Kabupaten Konawe.

Kunjungan ke panti asuhan di pimpin langsung Ketua Umum Kastor Kota Kendari Niko Samara, S.E., M.E besama anggota dan panitia kegiatan.

Kedatangan mereka disambut langsung oleh Ketua Yayasan Pelayanan Agaphe (YAPSA) Cellya Rere mendampingi pengasuh panti asuhan bersama-sama anak panti asuhan lainnya.

“Kunjungan ini kami sambut dengan penuh sukacita, dan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya atas kunjungan dan tanda kasih yg diberikan bagi Panti Asuhan, ” Ungkap Cellya Rere, Minggu (12/03/2023).

Sekretaris Panitia Eky Varlianto, S.Hut kepada media ini mengatakan, setelah sebelumnya melaksanakan kegiatan donor darah dan menyambangi panti asuhan, saat ini dilanjutkan dengan membedah rumah milik salah seorang warga bernama Sining Kalembang yang bertempat di Jalan Pekuburan Umum Punggolaka, Kota Kendari.

Sining Kalembang merupakan masyarakat Toraja yang sehari-hari bekerja di bengkel dico mobil dan tinggal berdua bersama anak perempuannya bernama Fira yang mengalami kondisi cacat fisik dan mental.

Kondisi keluarga ini sangat memprihatinkan, bila sang ayah bekerja Fira di kunci di dalam rumah mereka dengan hanya duduk dan berbaring di lantai dan setiap pukul 12 siang dirinya pulang ke rumah untuk memberi makan dan membersihkan kotoran buang air anaknya.

“Semoga apa yang kami berikan dari panitia yakni membedah rumah milik bapak Sining Kalembang dapat membantu beliau, ” Kata Eky Varlianto, S.Hut.
